1. Agreement Overview

By accepting a quote or placing an order with Zapp Wraps, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the design, production, and installation of a vinyl vehicle wrap.

2. Quotes & Payments

2.1 Pricing & Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Pricing is subject to change based on material costs or design modifications requested after approval.

2.2 Deposit & Payment

• A 100% deposit is required to begin production.
• Any remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the wrap before the vehicle is released.
• An invoice is sent Via Quickbooks and payments can be made via credit card, check, or bank transfer

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or prints are started.
• If the project is canceled before production starts, a refund may be issued minus any design or administrative fees.

3. Design & Approval

3.1 Proofing & Revisions

• Customers will receive a digital proof for approval.
• Up to two (2) minor revisions are included; additional changes may incur a design fee.
• Once approved, the design is final, and changes may result in additional costs.

3.3 Color Matching

• We strive for accurate color representation but cannot guarantee an exact match to digital screens or printed materials.
• If precise color matching is required, a printed color sample can be provided at an additional cost.

4. Installation & Vehicle Preparation

4.1 Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle must be clean and free of wax, rust, dirt, grease, or old adhesives before installation.
• The vehicle may not have any failing, loose, or damaged paint. If so, the client accepts responisbilty for adhision issues.
• Any necessary cleaning or surface preparation performed by Zapp Wraps will incur additional charges.

4.2 Installation Process

• Installation times may vary based on the complexity of the wrap. Standard turnaround is 2-5 business days.
• Clients must remove accessories ( Ladder racks, pipe racks, or any other added accessories.) or we can remove them for an additional fee.

4.3 Wrap Coverage & Limitations

• Full wraps may not cover all edges, deep recesses, or textured surfaces completely due to vinyl limitations.
• We are not responsible for minor imperfections due to the vehicle’s condition (e.g., dents, chips, deep scratches, paint issues).
• While every effort is made to ensure a clean and concealed installation, slight visibility of the vehicle’s original paint may occur around certain edges due to inherent design limitations.

5. Warranty & Care Instructions

5.1 Warranty Coverage

• Zapp Wraps offers a 1-year installation warranty against peeling, lifting, or bubbling due to improper installation.
• Manufacturer material warranties apply and vary by brand (typically 3-7 years, depending on conditions).

5.2 ExclusionsThe warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, vandalism, pressure washing, or extreme weather conditions.
• Issues caused by rust, poor paint condition, or aftermarket coatings that interfere with adhesion.
• Normal wear and tear over time, including fading due to UV exposure.
• Customer installations

5.3 Wrap MaintenanceTo extend the life of your wrap:

• Hand wash only with mild soap and a microfiber cloth.
• Avoid pressure washing, automatic car washes, or harsh chemicals.
• Park in a garage or shaded area to reduce UV exposure.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• Zapp Wraps is not liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing paint issues, improper care, or third-party removal attempts.
• The client is responsible for ensuring legal compliance of graphics, logos, and designs used in the wrap.
• Once installed, the client assumes full responsibility for the appearance, maintenance, and legality of the wrap.

7. Wrap Removal

• Vinyl wraps can typically be removed without damaging factory paint when removed properly.
• Zapp Wraps offers wrap removal services at an additional cost.
• Removal of wraps installed by other companies may incur additional labor fees due to unknown adhesive conditions.
